From amateur to professional Rugby, you will learn the structure and the vision behind the scenes of a Rugby Organization.
The objective is clear: give to coaches the tools, not only to execute an efficient training plan, but also providing the ability to create your own training program adapted to your Rugby style (by a deep understanding of the Rugby training basics).
Everything is important: training session, measure results, know how to pivot (if need to), and strenghten your leadership skills as well as your player’s.
