A baseball/softball circuit designed to improve youth and elite players baseball or softball skills. Hourly rotation with a 1 hour lunch break.
- 9:00- Physical conditioning
- 10:00- Throwing program
- 11:00 – Fielding program
- 12:00 – Lunch
- 1:00 – Hitting program
- 2:00 – Competitive games
- 3:00 – Camp Pick up
This program is taught by Ex professional baseball players!
