Rules and Terms & Conditions 

Team Registration

Each team must submit THE DILIGENTLY REGISTERED REGISTRATION FORM of players to the ORGANIZATION of the World Soccer Cup before April 10, 2019.

The control of the players will be made through the list of players inserted by each team in your personal account through our website.

The team delegate must bring all documents for accreditation (valid passport or valid player identification document).

For equipment with accommodation, the accreditation process will take place at the accommodation place after check-in.

For local teams must perform the accreditation process in the World Soccer Cup office, according to previously established schedule.

Only the team delegate needs to be present at the accreditation to collect.

Players do not need to be present for age control on this day.

Delegates must be present on that day in the World Soccer Cup office, present the identity document of the registered players in the team’s list.

If the team delegates do not carry out the accreditation of the teams in the tournament office, the teams are not authorized to participate in the first meeting.

The teams need to have the documents with the identification of the players, for all the matches.

The age control can be done at random at any time.

This age control will be done through the list of players, also presenting a valid identity document.

At the time of registration, each player must present their insurance card to the traveler and / or medical insurance.

The teams registered and that for some reason can not attend, the payments will be applied 100% for the tournament of 2020. In the case that you want the refund of the money will be deducted 20% in administrative costs.

Generalities

World Soccer Cup will be governed by FIFA rules, except for the changes shown in the following document. In case of problems of interpretation of the rules of FIFA, the valid text will be the Spanish version.

The competition will be divided into three categories by age, each of these categories will consist of a maximum of 16 teams that will be divided into four groups of four teams respectively. From each group, the first teams that obtain the highest number of points will qualify to the finals. All final matches will be decided by the cup system, that is, by direct elimination.

The distribution of points will be as follows

Won Match: 3 Points

Match Match: 1 Point

Lost Match: 0 points

In case of equality of points between two or more teams, the positions will be decided as follows:

1. Greater number of goals scored

2. Difference of Goals

3. Result of the meeting of the teams that are tied

4. Draw

* All players must prove age and identity.

Categories: 2006/2007

It will play two times of 30 minutes

The Player that leaves can re-enter

In case of definition by penalty (final), three penalties per team will be executed

Category: 2004/2005 and 2001/2003

Two 35 minute times will be played

Players’ Uniforms

The number on the game shirts is mandatory.

The number of players on the team list must be the same as on the players’ shirt.

The numbers should be on the back of the shirts.

Two players can not use the same number in each game.

No player can change their number during the game.

Failure to comply with this rule will penalize the player with a warning and will have to leave the field to get the proper uniform.

If the teams have the same shirt color, the team that appears second in the official schedule has to change the shirt.

The use of shin guards is mandatory in all parties.

Prior and Post Competence

All teams must be ready in the field 15 minutes before the start of the match with the tournament card and the identity documents of the players for age control.

The team delegate must ensure that his players are adequately insured.

The teams are responsible for the behavior of their parents and companions in the game.

Teams can lose a match if the referee decides to end the match on the basis of violent and verbal behavior on the part of his followers towards the referee.

The teams can be expelled from the tournament in the first incident based on the conduct of their parents and companions towards the referee or the opposing team.


RESIGNATION AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY FORM

Instructions: Each player and their parents / guardians (hereinafter, the players) must read the following statement before completing and signing this exemption and release form. In the case of a minor (under 18 years of age), the reference to the person like me, my or any other form represents the consent of the parents and the release of World Soccer Cup Miami and its associates (in this document, Miami WSC), liability and other terms and conditions set forth in this form.

In consideration for the right to participate in our facilities and activities, the undersigned acknowledges, appreciates and agrees that:

1. The programs provide players the opportunity to participate in activities, which include, among others, sports-related clinics, games and fitness programs. There are inherent risks involved with all these activities. I choose to participate voluntarily in these PROGRAMS. I voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risk of loss, damage to property or personal injury that I may suffer as a result of my participation.

2. I certify that I have adequate and necessary health insurance to cover and pay for any medical costs that may result directly or indirectly from my participation in this activity. I agree to pay any medical costs that exceed the limits of my insurance coverage.

3. I understand that this activity is physically strenuous and I know of no medical reason why I should not participate.

4. I hereby release, waive and terminate Miami WSC and its associates, and any person associated with Miami WSC from all claims, demands, liabilities, rights and causes of action of any kind or nature, which may result from my participation in any of these activities. .

5. Consent for the use of photographic or video images: I agree that Miami WSC may photograph or capture images of me or my child in the Cup and scheduled activities and events and Miami WSC may use those photographs or images For your marketing purposes and also grant both Miami WSC, its agents and representatives, you have full and comprehensive rights to use photographs or other types of media to promote Miami WSC.

I expressly accept that this WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY FORM is intended to be as broad and inclusive as the Florida State law permits and that, if any of its parts is considered invalid, the remaining parts will remain in full legal force.
